✅Snatch 20kg 5 sets x 5 reps
✅Chest press 25kg 2 sets x 8 reps / 2 sets x 6 reps
✅Kettlebell swing 16kg

Snatch好難可是好好玩,
越難越要練,
希望下一堂課不會再把翰翰氣到胃痛了🙈
